Repeat workout: Jari Love’s Slim & Lean

A great workout again. I noticed that I could do more reps but I still am not able to up the weights except for a few reps at the very beginning of a couple of segments – but hey, that is progress!

Not much to say about this workout – it is a repeat; I talked about Jari Love’s Slim and Lean DVD in more detail on the 15th.
