Day 21
After doing Turbo Jam Cardio Party 2 a few days back [see the review on Day 17, Feb. 23rd] I just couldn’t help but put the workout DVD back in the player this morning. I could’ve done plenty of other workouts but the bottom line is that I felt so good after Turbo Jam that I wanted a to repeat that buzz. Also – Turbo Jam is the only workout, kickboxing or other general cardio, where I can feel my abs are ‘on’ throughout, and that I am working them relentlessly – BUT I am having a blast doing it! Why lay on the floor, or ball, and crunch, crunch, crunch when you can do Turbo Jam? Well I guess the answer to that is if you are physically incapable of working out while being upright then that would be the time.
Anyway, it was a great workout: I love the music and Chalene Johnson is a riot. All in all the worst part is that it ends in 45 minutes! Gimme more…
