Day 40
Well I didn’t work out this weekend, but I still kept active – yard work was my exercise. Today I had to get a workout in quick so I chose my favorite ‘quickie’ – the 20 minute Turbo Jam workout. I love it!
Actually what I did was go through the whole workout but at cool down I backed up and repeated everything from the warm up to the end. It worked out to a 35 minute delight. Chalene Johnson is just such a blast in this that you can’t help but smile as you sweat. At the 30 minute mark I had burned exactly 250 calories. That shows how good this little workout is.
So it’s now 6 hours later and I am still feeling awesome! How cool is that?
