Day 57
It was strength training day today so how I could resist doing my new favorite endurance muscle building workout? I couldn’t.
Today, doing it for the third time, it felt really good. I was squatting lower, pumping harder, and doing more reps – but when I looked at the stats I had burned just 3 calories more than the last time I did this workout. But I am convinced that I got more out of it this time.
My abs, especially my obliques, and even my lats were really aching this morning thanks to yesterday’s amazing ab workout: Turbo Jam Cardio Party. They felt a lot better after I had finished with Jari Love though, as I didn’t feel stiff anymore.
So another great workout, and here are the stats:
