Repeat Workout: Jillian Michaels: Shape Up: Back

Day 75

After the weekend off [well I did walk and do body rolling, but no DVDs] I decided to get kicked in the butt again by Jillian. Phew – it was tough, but I am pleased to report that it was a little less tough second time round!

I did the 20 minute Turbo Jam workout as my ‘warm up’ and then did this killer workout.

I felt completely exhausted by the end of it but I did most of the reps with the weights and did most of them to tempo. As with the last time, my head started to feel a little pressured when I lay down for abs and reverse plank, so I did my ab work on a stability ball to keep my head above my heart.

I burned more calories this time around. Here are the stats:
