When I first started this blog in February 2008 this is what I wrote:
I’m 38 and was a gym rat – till a year ago. Now I am unfit, unhealthy and unhappy about it. This blog is my catalog of events as I aim to get back in shape – with Netflix: 3 months on the 3 DVDs at a time plan. Wish me luck!
The year is now drawing to a close and I am now pleased to report that I feel great, even though I still do not have the body I had in 2007.
2009 will be the year though – it has to be: I will be 40!

I would love to reach Turbo Kick again – just not enough time to practice all those moves etc and teach. I was in the best shape of my life when I taught tho, so maybe I should just time manage myself better and do it!
